- butter
- semi-sweet chocolate
- vanilla
- egg
- flour
- white chocolate
How to Make Mini Brownies
In a saucepan over low heat, melt sugar, butter, and semi-sweet chocolate, stirring until smooth.
Remove from heat and let cool for 1 minute. Stir in vanilla and the egg, then gently fold in the flour until just combined.
Spoon the batter into and bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes, or until set. Allow the mini brownies to cool completely.

- ¼ Cup butter
- 3 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- ½ tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup flour
- White chocolate
Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt sugar, butter, and semi-sweet chocolate, stirring until smooth.
