What Is Rattlesnake Pasta

Rattlesnake pasta is a spicy, creamy pasta dish that typically includes grilled chicken, jalapeños and a creamy Alfredo or Cajun-style sauce.

Despite its name, it usually doesn’t contain actual rattlesnake meat — the name comes from the dish’s bold, spicy kick.
