Gather all the materials needed for this tutorial:

A thick colored cardboard
A thinner colored cardboard
1.5-cm. thick red ribbon
Red felt
pencil
short pointed scissors
scissors
ruler
cutter
pattern paper
hot glue

How to Make Rose Heart Craft

Step 1: Draw a heart on a piece of pattern paper.

Step 2: Cut the heart pattern.

Step 3: Hot glue the heart pattern on the middle of the thick cardboard. Set aside for a while.

Step 4: Cut several circles of different diameters from the red felt. Cut as many as possible to fill the whole heart pattern.

Step 5: Cut each circle in a swirling fashion, from the inner to the outer part of it.

Step 6: Make the rose. Do this by starting at the inner end of the swirl; roll it to itself until it reaches the outer end. Make sure that this is not that tight nor loose. Hot glue the end of each rose.

Step 7: Fill the heart pattern with the felt rose. Scatter the roses on the pattern to fully cover it. Use the small roses to fill the small gaps in between the spaces. Use hot glue for this.

Step 8: Make a border for the wall art. The width of the border would depend on your liking. Use the thinner cardboard for this.

Step 9: Fix the border to the cardboard with rose heart using hot glue.

Step 10: Cut a red ribbon that is 4 to 6 centimeters in length. This will be used to hang the wall art.

Step 11: Glue the ribbon at the back of the wall art.
