Farmers Casserole Directions
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Grease a 2-quart square baking dish with nonstick spray and spread the hash browns evenly across the bottom. Layer the cheese, ham, and green onions over the hash browns.
In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and jalapeños. Pour this mixture over the hash brown layer.

- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and chopped
