Pour the fruit filling into the chilled crust and sprinkle the streusel evenly over the top.

Brush the exposed crust edges with beaten egg.

Bake for 25 minutes, covering with foil after 10 minutes to prevent over-browning.

Reduce the oven temperature to 375°F and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
