What Does Butter Slime Feel Like
Butter slime feels soft, smooth, and spreadable, similar to whipped butter or soft clay.
It has a silky, stretchy texture that holds its shape well but can also be easily molded and spread like frosting.

Unlike regular slime, butter slime is less sticky and has a satisfying, dough-like consistency, making it fun to squeeze, stretch, and play with.
How to Make Butter Slime Soft Again
Sometimes butter slime can get tough. To make butter slime soft again, try these methods:
Add Lotion: Massage a small amount of unscented lotion into the slime to restore softness.
Use Warm Water: Knead a few drops of warm water into the slime to make it stretchy again.
Mix in Baby Oil: A little baby oil can help soften stiff butter slime and prevent it from drying out.

Add More Clay: If the slime contains clay, kneading in fresh soft clay can help revive its texture.

Microwave for a Few Seconds: If the slime is extra stiff, microwave it for 5–10 seconds (in a microwave-safe bowl) and knead it once cooled.
Store butter slime in an airtight container to keep it soft for longer!
