4th of July Food: Yogurt Parfaits

June 10, 2015 by Mommy Evolution 9 Comments

Are you ready for some fun 4th of July food?

These are so ridiculously simple and easy to make, but pack a seriously festive punch for Independence Day!

4th of July Food: Yogurt Parfaits

Simply layer vanilla yogurt with blueberries and raspberries to create blue and red layers.

But to really make this healthy dish pop, top the parfait with a sparkler and light for extra delight.

If you don’t have blueberries, you could use blackberries.

Watermelon chunks would also be a great substitute for raspberries.

Have fun and happy 4th of July!
