• cellophane (yellow, red, blue and green)
• white acrylic paint
• paint brush

How to Make Christmas Lights Crafts

Cut the toilet paper roll into several pieces, each about 1 to 2 centimeters wide. Paint the roll strips with white paint and let them dry.

Cut random squares from colorful cellophane, sizing them approximately to the diameter of the toilet paper roll.

Pinch each roll on both sides, creating an eye-shaped object resembling a bulb.Apply generous glue on one side of the roll, then stretch the cellophane over the glued portion. Allow the cellophane to bind with the roll for about an hour.

Trim excess cellophane from the sides of the roll bulb.
