- 1 1/2 cups fat free or low fat dairy milk
- 1 frozen medium banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
- cinnamon, for garnish (optional)

Step 1: In blender container, combine dairy milk, banana, vanilla extract and almond extract.
Step 2: Blend until smooth, about 20 seconds.
