I do a variation of this sometimes, but I use a packet of Carnation Breakfast Essentials, milk, a banana, and two or three spoonfuls of peanut butter. Really keeps me going until lunch.
Sneaking in a Carnation Breakfast would be a great idea for my kiddos…. may have to try that!
Not only does this sound amazing for my son but this pregnant mama really wants a glass too!!
Super yummy. Make one and let me know what you think!

You put two of my favorites together, I’m a sucker for anything chocolate and banana. Thanks for sharing with us at Mommy Monday!
XOXO
Two of my all time favorites, too! Happy eating 😀
Yum! That looks so good. We love smoothies in our house. Thanks so much for sharing at #HomeMattersParty! Hope you’ll stop by again this week. The door opens Friday morning EST (or 9pm Thursday PST). 🙂
Chocolate, peanut butter and banana.. how could you go wrong? Sometimes I will make a similar one but use frozen bananas, milk, and vanilla instant breakfast powder instead of the ice cream. But seriously, we usually have ice cream on hand, so why not?
Ha! Can’t say no to ice cream, right?!?
My husband would love this!! Thanks for posting at the #HomeMattersParty
It definitely is an awesome treat! Enjoy 😀
