And I have to say this sparkling vodka pomegranate cocktail will be a knock out for any holiday party.

Sparkling Vodka Pomegranate Cocktail

Vodka Cocktail Ingredients:

• 4 oz. citrus-flavored vodka, chilled
• 6 oz. 100% Pomegranate juice, chilled 3 T. fresh lime juice
• 4 oz. cold sparkling water

Optional garnish:

• lime wedges
• fresh pomegranate arils

Directions:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and add vodka, pomegranate, and lime juice.

Shake to combine thoroughly.

Strain liquid mixture evenly into two champagne glasses and top with sparkling water.
