History of Stuffing

Thanksgiving stuffing, also known as dressing, is a beloved side dish that is a staple on Thanksgiving tables across the United States.

The history of this dish can be traced back to ancient Rome, where seasoned bread crumbs were used to stuff poultry.

The dish eventually made its way to America and became a popular part of the Thanksgiving meal in the 19th century.

Despite the many variations, stuffing remains a beloved and essential part of the Thanksgiving meal for many families.
