Smoothie Strawberry Banana Popsicles Recipes

Every summer I feel like we’re always trying to find healthy afternoon snacks or after-dinner treats that will cool us down and appease my sweet tooth.

And while we almost always have bananas in the house, my boys count down to when strawberries finally come into season.

When summer hits, there isn’t a week that doesn’t go by when we don’t have strawberries in the house. Their favorite way it to just eat them plain.

But I get bored! So it’s time to have some fun and make a new concoction with strawberry banana popsicles.

Strawberry Banana Popsicles

Smoothie Strawberry Banana Popsicles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Tree Top Apple Juice
  • 1 pint strawberries, hulled, sliced and frozen
  • 1 banana, sliced and frozen
  • 1 apple, peeled, cored, sliced and frozen
  • 6 ounces vanilla yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Step 1: Put all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.

Step 2: Pour into ice pop forms or paper cups.

Step 3: Place ice pop sticks in center and freeze, inverted, for 3 hours or until solid.

Step 4: Keep frozen until ready to serve.
