Pineapple Jerk Chicken Recipe

The simple fact is… I hate making dinner a lot of nights.

It’s a serious pain in the tuchus!

What I really like about this recipe is you can keep the ingredients on hand and pull together a dinner without heading to the grocery store.

I can just keep the canned ingredients in my pantry and a pound of frozen chicken in my freeze until I’m ready.

Just be sure you leave enough time to thaw out the chicken!
