Flower Candy Corn Cupcakes
For this activity, you can easily get the kids involved.
They’ll love being part of the action and helping decorate the cupcakes.
Just be careful they don’t lick off too much icing from their little fingers… no tummy aches!
First, make your favorite cupcakes. I personally prefer chocolate. Actually, Devil’s Food cupcakes to be exact.
They’re just so chocolatey good.
Once the cupcakes have cooled, ice a cupcake with your favorite frosting.

Use chocolate icing for a contrast (as you can see above) or try orange to keep with the candy corn color theme.
Next, arrange the candy corns on the frosting in a flower pattern. They don’t have to be perfect aligned.
You can use a dot of frosting in the middle to finish your flowers (use different colors in the middle on individual cupcakes to give them some personality) or just let the frosting from the cupcake show through, like shown above.
You could even do a whole cake with multiple flower patterns for an eye-catching design!
