- 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats

Directions for easy overnight oats:
Step 1: In two mason jars, add 1/4 cup frozen cherries in each. In microwave, thaw 30 seconds.
Step 2: Divide rolled oats, chocolate milk, banana and salt between jars.
Step 3: Cover with lids and shake until combined.
