Pig Craft Materials

To make this pig craft, you’ll need the following materials, many of which you can find at your local Dollar Store.

How to Make Craft Stick Pig Craft

Step 1: Gather your materials. Line up five jumbo craft sticks to form the pig’s body. Cut additional sticks to the same width and glue them across the back to hold the base together.

Tip: You can use liquid craft glue instead of hot glue, but allow extra drying time.

Step 2: Paint the front and sides of the craft stick base with bright pink acrylic paint. Let it dry completely and apply a second coat if needed. You can also use markers, crayons, or colored pencils for color.

Step 3: Print and cut out the pig pattern templates. Trace the outer ears on light pink felt and the inner ears and snout on bright pink felt.

Step 4: Carefully cut out all the felt pieces, trimming inside the traced lines for a clean look.

Step 5: Glue each bright pink inner ear onto a light pink outer ear piece.

Step 6: Attach two googly eyes near the top center of the pig’s face. Glue the ears to the top left and right corners. Then glue the snout just below the eyes.
