Gather these simple supplies to create a charming owl ornament perfect for holiday decorating!

  • craft felt (red, green, black, white and yellow)
  • ½ cm. in width metallic satin ribbon
  • a pair of scissors
  • hot glue

How to Make Christmas Owl Ornament

Cut a red felt semi-circle for the owl’s body.

Cut two white felt circles for the eyes.

Cut two smaller black circles for pupils and glue them onto the white circles.

Attach the eyes near the top of the owl’s body, leaving a small gap between them.

Cut a small yellow felt triangle and glue it between the eyes as the beak.

Cut two green felt wings and attach them below the eyes, with the upper tips tucked under the eyeballs.

Cut two small black felt pieces for feet and glue them to the bottom of the body.

Glue a 5-6 cm metallic ribbon loop to the back for hanging. Hang it up on your tree.
