How to Make a Caterpillar Sandwich
Make two ham and cheese sandwiches and two lettuce and cheese sandwiches using bread, ham, lettuce, and cheese.
Halve a cherry tomato and slice a green onion into circles.Use a small biscuit or cookie cutter to cut out two rounds from each sandwich.
Arrange the sandwich rounds on their sides, alternating with slices of cucumber and tomato between each round. Secure with toothpicks.
Place a halved cherry tomato at each end of the sandwich row.
Use a small amount of mayonnaise or cream cheese to attach the green onion circles to the cherry tomato halves for eyes.
