My mom remembers a book that she had as a child in about 1935. It was about a little boy named Gordon and his trip to the seashore. I have been searching for this book, without success. Has anyone heard of it?
I can’t think of anything that would fit that description. Good luck in your search!
There is a book by Elizabeth Gordon from the 1930’s called Dolly and Molly at the Seashore
I feel humbled. I can’t believe I’ve only heard of three of these books! These look like fun books to read during the summer months here in sunny South Florida. Thanks so much for the list–what a great topic for summertime!
I would think in Florida they’re great to read year round 🙂 Happy reading!
