What Is Aquafaba Foam
Aquafaba foam is the whipped liquid from chickpeas (or other beans) that forms a foamy, airy texture when whipped, similar to egg whites.
In the process, the aquafaba (liquid drained from chickpeas) is mixed with cream of tartar and then whipped with a hand mixer.

This creates a thick, foamy consistency that can be used for sensory play, baking, or as an egg substitute in recipes.

The foam can be colored with food coloring and used in activities like the sensory bin you mentioned, though it loses its thick texture after some time, making it a one-time-use experience.
