How To Make Berry French Toast Casserole

Preheat the oven to 300°F. Cut the Dave’s Killer Bread Summer Berry Bagels into cubes and spread them on a baking sheet. Toast until slightly dry.

Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add the toasted bagel cubes and half of the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon and salt. Pour the mixture evenly over the bagels.

Gently press the bagels down so they absorb the custard. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350°F.

In a small bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and melted butter to make the crumble topping. Sprinkle it over the casserole and add the remaining berries.
