  • 1 lemon, juiced 
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Shred Brussels sprouts in a food processor. Cook bacon until crisp, then chop and set aside to cool.

In a large bowl, combine shredded Brussels sprouts, red onion, pecans, cranberries, diced apples, and chopped bacon.

If you don't like the taste of the onion, I recommend you blanche them in a bowl of water for 5-10 mins before placing in the salad.
