Next, transfer the dough onto a lightly floured surface and divide it into two portions. Mold each half into a disk shape and then wrap them individually with plastic wrap. Let them chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
As the dough is resting, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper.
