  • 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips

In large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Cook chicken, in batches if necessary, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
