School Bus Safety
School bus safety is of paramount importance, especially for young children. It’s crucial to teach them essential safety rules to ensure a safe journey to and from school.
Kids should always wait at the designated bus stop, away from the road and traffic. When boarding the bus, they should do so one at a time, holding onto the handrail and being cautious of the steps.
Inside the bus, staying seated, facing forward, and using inside voices are essential rules to prevent distractions for the driver.
When it’s time to exit, children should wait until the bus comes to a complete stop, and the doors open fully.

Additionally, they should walk at least 10 giant steps away from the front of the bus, so the driver can see them when they cross the road.
Teaching these safety practices instills responsibility and ensures that young children can enjoy a secure and stress-free school bus experience.
