Step 2: In bowl, combine peanut butter, sugar and egg.
Step 3: Using small cookie scoop, place dough balls on parchment paper-lined cookie sheet.
Step 4: Flatten with fork to make traditional peanut butter cookie crisscross pattern.
Step 5: Bake 8-10 minutes until done.
