Favorite Outdoor Swings on Amazon
It’s summer and we can’t wait to get outside and onto our outdoor swings!
Last week we were visiting Florida, and we came across a place with hammocks. As my boys happily crawled into the hammocks and began to swing, I was reminded how much we have missed our swings over the cold Chicago winter.
And while our kids often love to (and need to) swing, it can be just as therapeutic for an adult.
As I’m doing my homework, I thought I’d share some of the swings I’m absolutely loving on Amazon to make the search easier for you. If you click on a link, we may make a small commission with no extra cost to you. All recommendations are mine.
Right now, I’m trying to figure out which tree we should use and how I’m going to get the rope over our massively tall oak branches. After that, I’ll have to figure out a way to actually share with my kids… because I’m going to be the one out there swinging.

I think I want every one!! My boys love to swing and they would have a ball!
A neighbor down the street had one last year… and we just knew we’d have to get an outdoor swing this summer. But I think the kids are going to have to take turns with me and my husband 😀
A tire swing. Friends galore will fight over that one, who gets to ride, etc. I remember those growing up with my girls. It was their favorite everywhere we went that had one.
Good tip… we’re still trying to make our final decision 🙂
