NcDogg. I think you completely missed the point. Many of my entries are a tongue-in-cheek look at family life. It’s not supposed to be taken seriously, but obviously you did.

1. You should already have something in common with your husband. You shouldn’t have to lie about it, don’t fake it just to manipulate him and get your way. That’s wrong.
2. If he’s distracted by his strategies, then he’s not going to be listening, but that should be okay. He’s taking time away from you so he can stay sane; everyone needs some personal space every now and then.
3. You shouldn’t have to “pounce” on your husband. That’s mean. Would you want him to pounce on you?
