]]> By: Pixel https://mommyevolution.com/chocolate-orange-cake-recipe/#comment-153972 https://mommyevolution.com/?p=24662#comment-153972 My mom used to make this for me growing up in the 90s every year for my birthday, and instead of dipping the mandarins into the cakes, she would use some melted semi-sweet or dark chocolate and dip half of the mandarin oranges (half of each mandarin) into the chocolate and let it set on a cool sheet pan then decorate the top of the cake with them. They also made fun little snacks!
