My youngest son is a soccer nut. He would play soccer morning, noon and night if he had the choice. And trust me, when I pick him up from the playground after school too soon, he is not happy with me… he wants to keep playing soccer!
I love being a soccer mom. I can see my boys get great exercise, learn what it takes to get good at something and understand what true team work means. It really gives them a range of skills they can use both on and off the soccer field as they get older.
We’re lucky enough to live in a community where my boys can play soccer and not worry about the needed equipment to play. But there are lots of kids that would significantly benefit from playing on a soccer team that can’t. They just don’t have the necessary nets, balls, uniforms or other equipment needed.
Help Kids Play Soccer with Pass The Love Back Campaign
The #PassTheLoveBack Campaign is helping to bridge the divide and connect teams with enhancements so that kids can play.
The Multipacks “Pass The Love Back” program, from the maker of OREO cookies, RITZ BITS crackers and CHIPS AHOY! cookie Multipacks, empowers communities by sponsoring local youth soccer teams.
Through May 31, teams can visit www.PassTheLove.com to earn up to $1,000 toward custom T-shirts or a team donation. Note: Only soccer teams will be eligible to apply for sponsorship.
As the Official Snacks of U.S. Soccer and Major League Soccer, this is the third year the maker of OREO cookies, RITZ BITS crackers and CHIPS AHOY! cookies Multipacks are doing this fabulous soccer program. I think it’s a fabulous program to help kids be able to play a sport that brings such life lessons, self confidence and a community that kids desperately need.
You can find OERO cookies, RITZ BITS crackers and CHIPS AHOY! cookies Multipacks at retailers nationwide.
