No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cakes
These No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cakes may be small but are enormously decadent!
There are a lot of food combos out there… but oh my goodness one of my absolutely favorites is peanut butter and chocolate.
Fabulous desserts don’t necessarily mean baking in the oven – they’re terrific no bake desserts.
And while you could certainly down a gallon of good old Stewart’s Peanut Butter Pandemonium, you won’t find a more decadent dessert that’s a hit to serve to guests.

No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Mini Cakes
Ingredients:
- 1 box Nabisco Chocolate Wafers
- 1 cup Whipping Cream
- 2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- Reeces Peanut Butter Cups, chopped (for topping)
Directions for peanut butter cakes:
Step 1: Before making this small, but decadent dessert, think about when you will serve it.
It needs to be refrigerated overnight and as the cookie sets, it softens and turns into a cake-like texture.
Step 2: If you have a nice flat serving tray, assemble your cookies on it and make sure your tray will fit into the refrigerator.
Otherwise, use a cookie sheet and transfer your cakes to plates and then serve.
Step 3: Using the whisk attachment on your electric mixer, beat cream and sugar until stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes.
