Gluten Free Dairy Free Brownies

Gluten, Dairy, Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies | Mommy Evolution

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cups Cocoa
  • 1/2Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1/3 Cups Oil
  • 1/2 Cups Boiling Water
  • 1 1/2 Cups Honey or Sugar or Equivalent of Sugar Substitute
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 1/3 Cups of Rice Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt

Directions for Sugar Free, Gluten Free, Dairy Free Brownies:

Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2: Grease your baking dish.

Step 3: In large bowl mix the cocoa and the baking soda.

Step 4: Add boiling water and first 1/3 c. oil, mix well.

Step 5: Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining 1/3 c. oil.

Step 6: Add the flour, vanilla and salt.

Step 7: Mix just until flour is absorbed and pour into baking dish.

Step 8: Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes up clean.

    1. I honestly have never baked with coconut flour… but it never hurts to experiment in the kitchen! If you try it out, please do come back and let me know how it worked out.

    I’ve got all my ingredients and there is no size of pan mentioned! I need to make this tonight and have no clue to the size I need.
