Gluten, Dairy and Sugar Free Chocolate Brownies

  • ¾ Cups Cocoa
  • ½Tsp. Baking Soda
  • ⅓ Cups Oil
  • ½ Cups Boiling Water
  • 1½ Cups Honey or Sugar or Equivalent of Sugar Substitute
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1⅓ Cups of Rice Flour
  • 1 Tsp. Vanilla
  • ¼ Tsp. Salt
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease your baking dish.
  3. In large bowl mix the cocoa and the baking soda.
  4. Add boiling water and first ⅓ c. oil, mix well.
  5. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining ⅓ c. oil.
  6. Add the flour, vanilla and salt.
  7. Mix just until flour is absorbed and pour into baking dish.
  8. Bake 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes up clean.
To get really fudge-like brownies, pull your brownies out of the oven at 35 minutes, before the toothpick comes up clean.

Also, most people bake these brownies in a typical 13x9x2-inch pan.
