They are absolutely easy to change out… but I recommend closing them up with super glue so your toddler or preschooler doesn’t open them up and dump out the contents or try to eat any of it.

I saw something similar at Bed Bath and Beyond a few years ago. They had all sorts of trinkets inside that you had to find. They were expensive too. This looks like a great option, plus you can even change it up from time to time and store extra sensor stuff in mason jars.
