I just happened to use an unopened bag of Easter Candy. (Don’t judge!)

This blondies recipe can be made with any kind of chocolate candies with a coated shell, such as M&Ms… but I happen to have a package of Cadbury mini eggs on hand.

What are Blondies?

Blondies are a sweet and indulgent treat that is similar to a traditional chocolate brownie, but without the chocolate.

These delicious bars are made with butter, brown sugar and vanilla, and are often loaded with nuts, chocolate chips or other flavorings.

Blondies are a versatile dessert that can be served warm with a scoop of ice cream or at room temperature for a tasty snack.
