4th of July Food: Yogurt Parfaits

Simply layer vanilla yogurt with blueberries and raspberries to create blue and red layers.

But to really make this healthy dish pop, top the parfait with a sparkler and light for extra delight.

If you don’t have blueberries, you could use blackberries.

Watermelon chunks would also be a great substitute for raspberries.

Have fun and happy 4th of July!
