Just the free two day shipping has been worth the annual membership fee, let alone the instant video streaming and receiving a free Kindle ebook every now and then. Now they have free same day shipping if you order it before a certain time! Woohooo! I had no idea they had Amazon Outlet and Warehouse! Best decision I ever made. We made the jump at Christmastime because the shipping to my nieces and nephews was so much. But then I found how much I used it… and the time I saved (not to mention gas money) in just ordering and having it delivered.
